Proj4js.org should have link to trac site

Description
Currently proj4js.org (presumably the main project page?) has no mention of the trac site at http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js. This is confusing and makes it difficult to find the proper documentation/code/bug trackers/etc.
In general it might help to clarify which is the "main" site on all referring pages. Currently the relevant content seems a bit scattered.
