Description
develop test to check proj4j versus proj4 projection in order to have very close behaviour between proj4 and proj4j.
focus on linux fisrt (proj4j is well supported on liux) but windows plateform shall be targeted.
Main goal is to have cross plateform test for main projection first, with a full projection content at end.
