Hi,
it would be good if you could more verbosely state what the mailing list is for, as it's already confusing some folks who are looking for the main PROJ.4 mailing list.

the mailing list admin can set this in the admin site in the "A terse phrase identifying this list." and "An introductory description - a few paragraphs..." box.
