Description
Not sure this is the best name of it or if there is an SQL-MM function defined for it.
The basic idea is given a building foot print (as polygon or multipolygon) and a height return a polyhedron using the height to extrude up the polygons
Kind of like described here: http://www.rgi-otb.nl/3dtopo/documents/RGI-011-151.pdf
