Description
Hudson is stuck again. Sorry if its my fault. Its been about 9 hours so far its been hung in building mode. I see errors but it looks like its trying to continue.

Sorry between holiday mania and now the flu I haven't had a chance to look at this. I'll try to have a peek today otherwise it will be early next week.

It looks like it's running happily now. Seemed to be hung on a pdflatex process, just killed it and it restarted the build successfully.

Thanks a bunch Chris. It's really great to finally see all the new changes to raster and the new topology chapter.

It would be really nice to have this fixed soon. There have been a significant number of document changes since this was put in that would be nice to see on the site. Unfortunately my build environment does not include the html build/pdf build etc - so I hesitate in making any more changes since I feel like I'm working in the dark.
