[raster] rtpostgis.sql installed in wrong folder

Description
Looks like rtpostgis.sql is being installed in contrib instead of contrib/postgis-2.0 with the other sql files. I suppose at some point they will be merged anyway so not too big of a deal

Actually this is now installing in contrib/rtpostgis-2.0. It should just install in the postgis-2.0 folder now that its part of postgis-2.0
