Woodie failing on parsing docs.yml

I did a make update-pot recently which triggered build of all docs I guess after weblate pushed all the translations.

Woodie is now showing this error: ​https://woodie.osgeo.org/repos/30/pipeline/2329/errors

step 'check-cheatsheets-ko_KR' depends on unknown step 'build-cheatsheets'

When I look at the docs.yml, I do see a step build-cheatsheets so not sure why it's complaining.
