When sandboxed systems support was added, the tests covering it were not added to branches up to 3.4, and today I've found it's broken: ​https://woodie.osgeo.org/repos/30/pipeline/1666/11

I guess as we don't want to backport [e2bf40c322c8805ca13e5a270b98b2793ee436a3/git] … But we should probably add a NEWS item about it, in master branch (I don't see any)
