Description

Since upgrading to woodpecker, I noticed those nice breakouts that strk put in for docs are gone.

I think it's because of this breaking change:

Rename yaml pipeline to steps (#1833) ​https://github.com/woodpecker-ci/woodpecker/pull/1833

I'll test on my fork to confirm

Fixed In b0b9536/git: for postgis 3.4.0 (master)

Still need to backport to 3.3

Change to woodpecker 1.0 format. Closes #5465 for PostGIS 3.3.5
