Simplify dependency install instructions for apt based distros

Description
It's quite nice to have a single command that can be copy pasted to install the dependencies required to build the project. This patch adds that to the README file.

I attached a new version of the patch, which keeps the GTK install instructions in a separate code block.

I'd keep the libgtk instructions separate. Guis aren't generally installed on servers and only needed for the GTK gui which we are planning to get rid of anyway. Aside from that revision looks good.
