./autogen.sh: You should run autoupdate

Description

When running ./autogen.sh of postgis on an Ubuntu-22.04 there are a lot of warnings about obsoleted macros and an hint about running autoupdate.

It should be verified that updating those scripts won't break anything on older systems.
