Maybe we should fix this by REMOVING the header from the POT file ?

I'm closing this as we don't have enough information about how weblate was configured at that time. Right now weblate will automatically update the .po files whenever changes to the .pot file are detected and commit [2bc1a49cbc656641b5e62fc2f8e4dd145be58719/git] is an example of that

Another example: [ff3825465fce0933e3a53b454acc207a36735c24/git] The triggering event was me translating some strings in https://weblate.osgeo.org/projects/postgis/extras_historytablexml/it/ so completely unrelated to the https://weblate.osgeo.org/projects/postgis/reference_lrsxml/it/ file which is instead changed by the above commit
