Description
When installing the postgis Windows package: postgis-bundle-pg13x64-setup-3.1.2-1.exe
The following registry keys are set:
HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PostGIS Bundle 3 for PostgreSQL x64 13\UninstallString: "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\uninstall-postgis-pg13x64-3.1.2-1.exe"
HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PostGIS Bundle 3 for PostgreSQL x64 13\DisplayIcon: "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\uninstall-postgis-pg13x64-3.1.2-1.exe"
However, looking in the postgresql folder, the correct path is:
"C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\uninstall-postgis-bundle-pg13x64-3.1.2-1.exe"

I think I fixed this a while ago.
I'll fix when I release PostGIS 3.1.4 bundle which will probably be in about a month. Looks like that has been wrong for years (since I switched the name to include bundle) and no one noticed.
