drone.io builds timeout (1h is not enough)

Description

Commits to GitHub currently trigger builds on drone.io (externally hosted) which all timeout because our builds take more than 1 hour.

This ticket is to do something about it, either:

  1. Drop drone.io builds
  2. Have a different configuration for drone.io builds to test less things

I tend to think 2 is better as we don't need 2 bots running the _same_ tests (Dronie and Drone.io in this case)
