Set `html-chinked` as a default for docs — at Initial Version

Description
Currently the default for building the doc is a single paage called postgs.html. This causes some minor problems:
- not being called
index.htmlit is not rendered by default in apache - being pretty large it requires a long time to load aand render.
Packages (e.g. Debian) take the default.
I suggest therefore to use the target html-chunked as a default, and rename the output.
