Dronie tries to do a downgrade

I just noticed this on dronie 

make: Leaving directory `/drone/src/git.osgeo.org/gogs/postgis/postgis/regress'
Missing script for 2.2.8dev--2.2.8dev upgrade
Missing script for 2.3.5--2.2.8dev upgrade
Missing script for 2.4.2--2.2.8dev upgrade

Why is dronie trying to test downgrades. We don't support that.

Also look like dronie is still using gogs path.

It's for implementation simplicity, check out utils/check_all_upgrades.sh (and consider running it locally every now and then :)
