Description
Alter extension postgis update is not working for updating from 2.3.4 to 2.4.x, because of a missing upgrade path in postgis-2.4.

]

Usama thanks. No does't look like you missed anything. Thanks for the catch. I guess it was missed because both 2.3.4 and 2.4.1 were released at the same time.
