Too many issues with performance in 3.4 that are not in latest 3.4 micro but fixed in 3.5 plus.

Summary: PostGIS 2.4 require GEOS 3.5+ → PostGIS 2.4 require GEOS 3.4+

Have to make minimum 3.4 instead of 3.5 because gitlab and dronie are at 3.4.3 and I'm too tired to try to figure out how to upgrade their image. Will table to 2.5
