Fix PO errors in translation files

A lot of the translated documents aren't compiling because of typos in the .po files. I had debbie download the latest and am patching them and then uploading them back to transifex.

I've already committed latest japanese ones and patch them so the html builds now. at r15493.

Working on fixing the Korean one. Almost done with that.

next is to tackle the KR/JP issues of character set.

I installed latex-cjk-all and vlgothic packages since those seem to be needed for latex chinese set building.

I also revised the textstyle.sty adding this package at r15494. But I think something needs to be done with the .xsl generation so that it calls this package. Not sure how to do that.
