Description

Move ST_As* from postgis to liblwgeom directory. Rewrite units tests with cunit.

Most of work is done as r5296

Still TODO:

  • Check every Output function have cunit on dims and srid
  • Add Units tests on geography output
  • Bbox with GeometryCollection GeoJson issue
