All three ST…, or at least the latter two, should be hyperlinked to their respective spots… same for the rest of the page.

these looked to be linked already at the bottom unless I'm missing something.

Yes, I am saying they should be linked right there where they appear. So just clicking one will bring the user to their page. That way they would not need to browse all the way to the bottom to find the link to get more info. Yes you might say this is a luxury request. No, you can also leave the bottom link there… the best of both worlds.

I don't think I can do that easily and if I did wouldn't be just for this function.

In Wikipedia it would be the [[example]] method.

I see in http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/CrossRefs.html#IdrefLinks , http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/Db5Tools.html#Db5UnivLinking there may be something similar.
