Stackbuilder installation of pgpointcloud extension is incomplete

Description

Installation of "PostGIS 2.2 Bundle for PostgeSQL 9.4 (64 bit) v2.2.1" results in an incomplete installation of the extension pgpointcloud. Stack Builder finishes without errors or warnings but the files pointcloud.control, pointcloud—1.0.1.sql, pointcloud_postgis.control and pointcloud_postgis—1.0.sql (maybe more?) are missing. The DLL pointcloud.dll is installed folder lib, the missing files should go to the folder share/extension I think. PostgreSQL is running on Windows 7 and Stack Builder have version 3.1.1

.Okay will try to get in 2.2.2 which should be coming out within next 2-3 weeks.
