We're exporting way more symbols than we should, see http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-grass/postgis.git/tree/debian/liblwgeom-2.1.8.symbols

We've moved to linking liblwgeom statically within the libraries / binaries that need it, so this is no longer an issue.
