Description

I could not build PostGIS trunk against PostgreSQL-9.0.22 due to: 

lwgeom_inout.c:506: error: ‘ArrayIterator’ undeclared

The README.postgis says we support 9.0+

WE DO NOT Support 9.0 on 2.2 (as stated in the docs 9.1 is our minimum)
