Description
I've been puzzled by not seeing the WHERE clause of a query printed via lwpgnotice to only after some time discovering it was eaten by truncation (max error message length).
It would be nice to give some sign of truncation when that happens, or provide the allocating version, at least when being compiled with the GNU libc…
