Description
Tiger 2014 data just came out August 19th, 2014.
I'm hoping its just a flip of my configuration table to support this (like I did for 2013). If so can probably push this into 2.1.4.
Going to test this week to be sure.

Reopening this since it doesn't load tract and blocks so need t fix.
