Description
The following functions have a mixup in the documentation, where they say "Up to 2.0.x this was called <newFunctionName>", when they should use <old_Function_Name>. Here are the two items that need fixing:
- ST_LineInterpolatePoint v ST_Line_Interpolate_Point
- ST_LineSubstring v ST_Line_Substring

Also changed the page names to match the new name and also fixed ST_LineLocatePoint
