give this error output: ERROR: Input geometry has unknown (0) SRID

Infact : ST_srid(geom) —— give 3003 ST_srid ((ST_DumpPoints(geom)).geom) —-give 0

2) SELECT ST_Y ((ST_DumpPoints(ST_transform(geom,4326))).geom)

works well

I think this is a duplicate of #2433 which was fixed in PostGIS 2.1.1.

Can you do a

SELECT postgis_full_version();

to confirm what version of PostGIS you are running. I just ran this on my 2.1.1 install and returned 3003 as expected and on my 2.1.0 returned 0 as you are experiencing
