I like to ask, when postgis 2.1 instalation for Windows (different releasses of PostgreSQL) will be prepared and eventually placed also to postgres Stack builder. Thank you Standa

we should have it sometime next week. We are waiting for pgRouting to be finalized before we do which should happen in next day or so.
We have the installers already prepared (but need to swap out the old pgRouting with new and do a bit more testing before we post).
BTW this question does not belong in bug tracker — it should have been asked in mailing list. http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/postgis-users
