Description
I often receive build failure/success notifications from winnie (and sometimes from debbie) but I never go look because I hit a door and never have the keys with me.
I think CI reports should be public, or it's more annoyance than help.

I'm not sure about debbie, she doesn't scream so much as winnie (winnie builds stability may be another ticket)
