[raster] Documentation: Visual examples in ST_Resample & ST_Rescale are misleading

Description
The images we can see in both ST_Resample & ST_Rescale pages are misleading as they suggest that rasters are rescaled (that their dimensions AND their footprint change). They are not rescaled, they are resampled (their dimension might change but their footprint do not (as much as possible)).
