RPF Data
NGA Raster Product Format (RPF) is a government standard for publishing raster maps and imagery products such as CIB and CADRG.
RPF is a tiled dataset. Individual tiles are commonly encoded using the NITF file standard.
Most applications, including OSSIM, deal with RPF data using the a.toc file that is shipped with a RPF dataset.
See MIL-STD-2411 for more on the a.toc and Raster Product Format.
