Create source groups in the main ossim cmakelists file

Description
Make source groups for headers and source files so when cmake creates the IDE solution (in visual studio at least) all of the code base doesn't end up in one folder, and it looks more like the folder structure of the ossim codebase. The attached file is a replacement for: <trunk>\ossim\src\ossim\CMakeLists.txt
