Description

It seems that an ossimImageCacheTileSource file and an ossimRpfCacheTileSource are formatted the same, and will always trigger ossimRpfCacheTileSource. Add a '*.orpf' (ossim-rpf) file format option to force ossimImageCacheTilesSource -- See two attached files.
