Please update and correct LICENSE.txt in the ossim directory.
Shapelib does not seem to be bundled in OSSIM anymore. Nevertheless, a bundled header is still present in ossimEsriShapeFileFilter.h, ossimShapeDatabase.h and ossimShapeFile.h.
Nevertheless, the plug-in is not linked to the shared library shapelib.
Please delete the outdated header and manipulate the build-system accordingly.
There's also an "as" missing in the first line of the license: "... as well new code".
