Description
There is an issue with jpeg12 when using jpeg/tiff/... from OSGeo4W.
Seems like the include path are not ok with these packages, and jpeg12 is provided as an additional lib (different than libjepg), so this need some cmake work to make it work.
In OTB we simply patched ossimNitfTileSource.cpp and ossimNitfTileSource_12.cpp to remove jpeg12 support, like this : http://hg.orfeo-toolbox.org/OTB/rev/e1eed37aa7e6
