Description
If OMAR wants be be able to properly handle imagery that has licensing information, it should be configured to make that license easily available including making users agree to it a sign up and indicating that an image is licensed when it is being view on the image view page. Also, when chips are exported to JPEGs or PNGs, the license information should be attached in a template that surrounds the image.
