Max results entry box errors

IMAGE & VIDEO SEARCH PAGE: If a user enters a positive decimal number into the "Max Results" box on the options tab and does a search, a grails runtime exception is thrown. If a user enters a negative number, no results are returned. In both cases, the search should default to "10" and execute normally.

Fixed. Added a validation step in the views/layout for resultsView.gsp file.
