Description
When users zoom in on an image that has been rotated using the "Image Rotation" funciton, they cannot view the corners of the image at full resolution or even a few zoom-outs from full resolution. Sometimes they cannot view any of the corners and sometimes they can view only view one of the corners (it depends on the rotation amount). Even if they zoom in on the image center and try to pan over to the corner using the "Drag to Recenter" tool, OMAR will only let them so close to the corners, but they will not be able to see the corner (or sometimes edge) of the image. Users can still view the entire image if they set the zoom so that the full image fits on the screen, they just can't pan over to see the corners when they start zooming in.
