Update: this has to do with "Metro Base Maps" not being available. All other base maps options work fine, so perhaps we just have to change the default.

The source server for that layer changed URLs. I have updated the install to use the new URL in r8545.

FYI: The file needed to be changed was: /usr/local/geomoose/conf/mapbook.xml

I'm leaving the ticket open until a second person verifies it works.
