Description
The page http://adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/docs/en/standards/sos_overview.html (in svn: https://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/livedvd/gisvm/trunk/doc/en/standards/sos_overview.rst) points to a dead link. Please fix it.

Fixed in version 8396. Commented out the text referencing the broken link.

To make it clear, it is the last link in the last paragraph pointing to http://www.openioos.org/real_time_data/gm_sos.html. I seems that the page is down or not reachable from here. Sorry for missing these details.
