a note on trac: when taking ownership of a ticket you need to manually add the mailing list address to the cc field, or else the mailing list doesn't get cc'd anymore. anyone commenting or changing the ticket is automatically added to the ticket's cc list, or you can add yourself to the cc list using your osgeo id. tx
