the error message is

Failed to execute child process "/usr/local/ossim/bin/imagelinker" (No such file or directory).

could someone with a copy of the latest build have a poke around and see where that file got to? or if it is there at all?

does it run if called from the command line?

Since we are so close to Final I propose to remove this link from Desktop. Angelos

I'm not sure if my post ever made it through, but this should be fixed in svn now. Massimo uploaded a patch a couple of days ago.

Please report if "/usr/local/ossim/imagelinker" exists or not.

Please retest in RC3 once that is ready. (and the main ossim icon as well)
