Firefox opens with a "file not found" page

I made some changes, and things are better the Geospatial menu item should work now.. but there is one page I am not finding.. so I will leave this open, but reduce the severity

dbb, Can you please note which page is not found, so that someone else can try to reproduce the problem and either verify it is fixed later on, or see where it is going wrong.

Just tested in post RC1 build and works fine after the user has selected "Start Mapnik and TileLight".
