Description
Trying to run PgRouting Quickstart, after listing the tables in the pgrouting schema, "ways" table is missing.

I have rejigged the OSM installer so now it fetches a modern whole_city.osm file from one of OSGeo's servers instead of OSM's Xapi, which is terribly overloaded these days. When the next beta gets built all OSM-data dependent programs should come back to life.

The OSM sample data failed to download, so the data import script didn't work either. This is supposed to be solved when the OpenStreetMap API works again or some local copy of the data is available.
