transifex check for retired projects and deactivate the translation for them

Description
- check the packages spreadsheet and look for the retired projects
- deactivate the translation for them - in transifex go to Resources -> search for the files -> go to the icon ... (top right - Settings) and uncheck Your translators can translate resource strings
