pgadmin - configure the server to connect to our databases

• with raw installation pgadmin does not have the server connection to localhost
• but a server connection would be helpfull as our users are not advanced and could fail at the beginning

• the information is saved in the /home/user/.pgadmin/pgadmi4.db in Table server
• normally you set it via clicks in the gui: ​https://www.pgadmin.org/docs/pgadmin4/development/connect_to_server.html
