Description

After manually merge of ​https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/pull/284 pgrouting is not installed. We need to revert the PR or fix in master.

I think the version is catching the quotes

This removes the quotes: ​https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/commit/eb6b995a5bb5d7f55ee263dd07e40156dbff9595
