Description
Since Tilestache is not going to be available in Focal, I am proposing to replace the current Mapnik quickstart with this:

- tilestache and mapnik are also referred in /usr/local/share/mapproxy/mapproxy.yaml
- Install script should also be modified: no download of https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/blob/master/bin/install_mapnik.sh#L74
Proposed change:
- Demo with python script
- Demo with mapnik and MapProxy https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/blob/master/bin/install_mapproxy.sh#L164
- install_mapnik.sh: replace download demo files to /usr/local/share/mapnik/, integrate the download in the files attached to this ticket instead of the tilestache data: https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/blob/master/bin/install_mapnik.sh#L74
- install_mapbik.sh: delete tilestache from the installer
