Add a glossary for acronyms

As suggested by flicstar [1], OSGeoLive is full of acronyms. In order to help non GIS people using OSGeoLive we can provide a glossary.

Also to note once the glossary is in place any of the pages can automatically link to the relevant term using the following syntax:

:term:WMS

This will mean all acronyms and geospatial terms need only be explained in one place.
